At 401 Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your 401 Games account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
